We are a proudly licensed Dominican company dedicated to taxi service, private VIP airport transfers, and tourist attractions across our island. We have performed passenger transport services for over 30 years, committed to meeting your needs from arrival in the Dominican Republic until departure.

Our headquarters is based on the North Coast (Cabarete, Sosúa, Puerto Plata). Our drivers possess extensive route and regional knowledge, ensuring punctuality, ethics, and passenger safety.

Cancellation & Refund Terms

• Cancellations with >24 Hours Notice: Eligible for a 100% full refund of all amounts paid. Refunds are processed back through the original payment channel (PayPal, bank transfer, or cash voucher).
• Flight Delays & Schedule Changes: We monitor all inbound flights live (POP, STI, SDQ, PUJ). If your flight is delayed or rescheduled by the airline, your pickup time is automatically adjusted at no penalty or extra fee.
• Cruise Port Adjustments: If your cruise ship is unable to dock at Amber Cove or Taino Bay due to inclement weather or port diversion, you are entitled to a full 100% refund or rescheduling.

Fleet Capacities

We provide comfortable vehicles tailored to your exact party size:
• Minivan: 1 to 6 passengers
• Minibus: 1 to 14 passengers
• Bus & VIP Coach: 1 to 29 and 1 to 45+ passengers
• Child & Baby Seats: Sanitized infant seats (4-6 months) and toddler car seats (1-6 years) provided upon request.

Accepted Payment Methods

Payments can be completed via PayPal, direct bank wire transfer, and cash upon arrival. We accept US Dollars ($ USD), Euros (€ EUR), and Dominican Pesos (RD$ DOP).
